By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which you can find in the documentation for each app.

Proof Engineering Ltd. provides apps for the monday.com App Marketplace. Our apps are focused on productivity intelligence and analytics for the monday.com marketplace.

3.1. Access and Availability: You may access and use our Service solely for your internal business purposes. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and performance of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3.2. User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• 3.3.1 Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• 3.3.2 Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• 3.3.3 Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any other user's account.
• 3.3.4 Modify, adapt, or hack the Service or interfere with its functionality.
• 3.3.5 Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).

Fees and Payment via monday.com: Some apps may require payment depending on the tier you select. Payment for these features or components will be processed exclusively through the monday.com platform, in accordance with their payment terms and conditions. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of these features or components as described on our website or in the monday.com App Marketplace.

Proof Engineering Ltd. retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Service and our apps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Proof Engineering Ltd and its employees, agents and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the app; (b) violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.

7.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the Service and cancellation via your monday.com account.

7.2. Termination by Proof Engineering Ltd.: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. Proof Engineering Ltd. makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, Proof Engineering Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
